I need to take you back to October one more time.
I was invited to Luskville Falls to witness something so simple, so intimate, and so unbelievably beautiful: a mother and father promising forever to each other, surrounded by peak autumn color and the sound of their children playing in the background.
It wasn’t a big venue or a grand production. It didn’t need to be.
The magic was in the little moments, the way he looked at her, the way she smiled back, and the way their kids stood close, soaking in every word as if they were watching their own family fairytale unfold right in front of them.
The colours were absolute perfection that day, almost like the world itself was celebrating with them. And as they spoke their vows, there was this stillness, a feeling that time had paused just long enough for them to breathe in everything they had built together.
It was pure, heartfelt, and real.
The kind of love you don’t pose or plan for, the kind that simply is.
I feel so grateful to have been there to capture it.
Moments like this remind me exactly why I love what I do.
Congratulations, Alissa & Matthew!
Your day was magical, and it was such an honour to document your beautiful beginning to forever.
